Frozen Mango Margarita

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • ½ cup silver tequlia
  • ¼ cup triple sec or orange liqueur
  • cup freshly squeezed line juice (for extra tang in place of pineapple juice)
  • 1-2 tbsp agave syrup adjust to taste
  • lime wedges for garnish
  • Tajin seasoning or course salt for rimming (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Run a lime wedge around the rim of each glass, then dip it in Tajín or salt to coat, if desired.
  • In a blender, combine the frozen mango chunks, ice cubes, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and agave syrup. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness with more agave if desired.
  • Pour the frozen margarita into the prepared glasses. Garnish with a lime wedge.
