Easter Popcorn Balls

These Easter Popcorn Balls are a fun, festive treat packed with gooey sweetness and colorful sprinkles. Perfect for Easter baskets, parties, or a crunchy springtime snack!

Ingredients
  

  • 10 cups white popcorn
  • 5 tbsp salted butter room temperature
  • 9 ounces marshamallows
  • 3 ounces white melting chocolate
  • 1 ounce pink melting chocolate
  • spring mix candy coated chocolates
  • Easter sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Put the popcorn in a large bowl and set aside for later. 
  • Melt the butter in a sauce pan on medium heat. 
  • Once the butter is melted, add the marshmallows to the pan and stir until completely melted.
  • Pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn in the bowl, use a spatula to mix the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn. Make sure the popcorn is completely covered. 
  • Rub a little butter on your clean hands or use gloves, roll the popcorn mixture into a round shape, then make on end a bit pointy so its shaped like an egg.
  • Place the egg on a sheet of parchment and the candy coated chocolates randomly around the egg. 
  • Melt the white chocolate melts in a microwave safe bowl in 15-30 second intervals until all the chocolate is liquid. Be sure to stir the chocolate in between each interval.
  • Put the melted chocolate in a piping bag and cut a small hole in the tip.
  • On a sheet of parchment paper pipe two 1-2 inch slim oval shapes for each egg. Let them sit to solidify.
  • Following the melting and bagging instructions above, melt then bag the pink Chocolate melts. 
  • Pipe a smaller pink oval shape on top of the white chocolate ovals and let them dry.
  • Use the white melting chocolate to attach the bunny ears to each egg you may have to reheat the chocolate in the bag for 15-30 seconds. 
  • Once the ears are attached and dry, Serve and Enjoy!
