Cheddar Bay Sausage Balls are the ultimate cheesy, meaty snack mashup—perfect for parties, brunches, or sneaky solo snacking. Easy to make, impossible to resist!
1boxRed Lobster Cheddar Bay biscuit mix11.35 ounces
1½cupssharp cheddar cheeseshredded
1tspgarlic powder
8ouncescream cheesesoftened
fresh parlsey
½tspsalt
½tsppepper
2Tbspunsalted butteroptional
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand or stand mixer until smooth.
Add sausage, biscuit mix, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and the Cheddar Bay seasoning packet to the bowl. Mix until fully combined.
Scoop and roll the mixture into 1 to 1 ½ inch balls. You should get around 25 to 30 balls.
Place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
(Optional) While baking, melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir in chopped parsley. Brush the parsley butter over the hot sausage balls after baking for extra flavor.

Notes
For spicier sausage balls, use hot sausage or add a pinch of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes to the mix.
