- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 4 pieces cooked bacon crumbled
- 1 oz ranch seasoning packet
- 1.5 cups Colby Jack cheese shredded
- 2 jalapenos seeded and finely diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil divided
Add cream cheese, crumbled bacon, ranch seasoning, cheese and diced jalapenos to a large mixing bowl.
Use a hand mixer, stand mixer or fork to mix all ingredients until well combined.
Roll out puff pastry dough on a clean surface and brush with 1 tbsp of olive oil.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly across the top of the dough.
Roll up the dough tightly and place in the freezer for 20 minutes. In the meantime, preheat your oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. After 20 minutes, remove from freezer and slice into 8 pinwheels using a sharp knife.
Place the pinwheels on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the sides of each with the remaining olive oil.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve warm. Enjoy!
