- 8 ounces goat cheese soft
- 3.5 ounces cream cheese about 1/2 cup
- 1.75 ounces sour cream or Greek yogurt about 1/4 cup
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary or thyme or ½ tsp dried
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp honey optional, for sweetness
- 2-3 tbsp nuts walnuts or pecans, for garnish
- Croutons, crackers, and sun-dried tomatoes for serving
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, mix the goat cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream until smooth. Add the minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary/thyme, salt, and pepper. If you prefer a touch of sweetness, stir in 1 teaspoon of honey.
Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased small baking dish.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the top is slightly golden and creamy.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with nuts, and drizzle with honey if desired.
