Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces goat cheese soft
  • 3.5 ounces cream cheese about 1/2 cup
  • 1.75 ounces sour cream or Greek yogurt about 1/4 cup
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary or thyme or ½ tsp dried
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp honey optional, for sweetness
  • 2-3 tbsp nuts walnuts or pecans, for garnish
  • Croutons, crackers, and sun-dried tomatoes for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • In a bowl, mix the goat cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream until smooth. Add the minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary/thyme, salt, and pepper. If you prefer a touch of sweetness, stir in 1 teaspoon of honey.
  • Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased small baking dish.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the top is slightly golden and creamy.
  • Remove from the oven, sprinkle with nuts, and drizzle with honey if desired.
  • Serve hot with toasted baguette slices, crackers, or sun-dried tomatoes.
