Bacon Wrapped Meatballs on a Stick

Bacon wrapped meatballs are the ultimate bite-sized appetizer, combining juicy, flavorful meatballs with crispy, smoky bacon and a BBQ sauce glaze.

Ingredients
  

  • 30 frozen meatballs
  • 10 slices bacon
  • 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
  • chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425F. Set a wire rack on top of a large rimmed baking sheet. You can line the baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper if you want for easier cleanup. Cut the bacon slices into thirds.
  • Wrap a piece of bacon around each meatball.
  • Set the bacon wrapped meatballs on the wire rack, seam side down. Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Brush the tops of the bacon meatballs with BBQ sauce. Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
  • Chop the parsley. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and insert a toothpick into the center of each. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
