Bacon Wrapped Meatballs on a Stick

- 30 frozen meatballs
- 10 slices bacon
- 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
- chopped parsley for garnish
Preheat oven to 425F. Set a wire rack on top of a large rimmed baking sheet. You can line the baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper if you want for easier cleanup. Cut the bacon slices into thirds.
Wrap a piece of bacon around each meatball.
Set the bacon wrapped meatballs on the wire rack, seam side down. Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Brush the tops of the bacon meatballs with BBQ sauce. Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
Chop the parsley. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and insert a toothpick into the center of each. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
